Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 80 ml almond milk (almond drink) or other milk
  • 50 g raspberries, frozen
  • 5 nuts your choice (e.g. almonds, walnuts )
  • 3 tablespoon yogurt, more Greek
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled xylitol (sugar substitute), or sugar or other sweeteners
  • 1 banana (s)
  • Chia seeds or raspberries, for decoration

Instructions

  1. It is best to swell the chia seeds in the almond milk two hours beforehand (but one hour is also enough).
  2. Put the raspberries, Greek yoghurt, nuts and sweeteners in a blender and mix into a raspberry cream. Chop the banana.
  3. Now you can layer the chia pudding, the raspberry cream and the banana pieces as you wish.
  4. Finally, a little decoration on top, such as B. some chia seeds or a few raspberries.
