Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 150 ml soy milk (soy drink), alternatively coconut milk or almond milk
  • 0.5 ½ banana (s)
  • 100 g soy yourt (yourt alternative)
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup, alternatively honey, agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts
  • some sesame

Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds with milk and allow to thicken for approx. 1 hour to form a pudding. In the meantime, cut half a banana into slices. You can also choose other fruits. If the chia mass looks like pudding now, pour the banana slices into the glass on top of the pudding.
  2. Then fill in half a cup of yogurt. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey as desired. Pour in the oatmeal, add walnuts and sesame seeds.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit.
  4. I put this in a mason jar the day before consumption and can have it for breakfast in the morning. That saves a lot of time and effort.
