Ingredients

  • 200 g flour, e.. whole rain, spelled, rye (can also be replaced with normal white flour)
  • 100 g flour type 405
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 50 g butter or mararine
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 150 g natural yohurt, preferably low in fat
  • Milk for brushing
  • Chia seeds, oatmeal or other to sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C fan oven.
  2. Knead all ingredients except for the milk and the grains or seeds for sprinkling with the dough hook or your hand. It is best to let it rise overnight or use chia seeds that have already swollen.
  3. Shape the dough into 9 75g balls and flatten them a little on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush the rolls with the milk and spread the grains, seeds, etc. on them, pressing them down lightly. Put the whole thing in the oven for about 15 minutes (use a stick sample).
  5. They taste best warm.
