Ingredients

  • 500 g red cabbae
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 3 chicken fillet (s), cooked
  • 40 g peanuts, salted
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest, finely grated, from an organic lime
  • 3 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon chilli sauce, sweet and spicy
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 stems coriander green

Instructions

  1. Cut the red cabbage into quarters and remove the stalk. Then slice or cut the red cabbage quarters into thin strips with a grater. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Chop the coriander. Tear up the chicken breast fillets to make small pieces. Coarsely chop the peanuts briefly.
  2. For the sauce, put the lime zest, lime juice, chilli sauce and olive oil in a small bowl and stir with a whisk.
  3. Pour about a third of the dressing over the red cabbage strips and mix well. Then gradually add the remaining sauce and finally mix in the spring onions, coriander and the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the peanuts on top to serve.
