Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breast
- 1 packet cherry tomato (s)
- 125 g parmesan cheese
- 2 cups cream
- 1 packet rocket
- 1 lemon (s), juice it
- 300 g ribbon noodles
- 2 onions)
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- olive oil

- Grate the parmesan. Halve the tomatoes. Cut the garlic and onions into cubes. Cut the chicken breast into strips.
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Fry the onions and garlic with the chicken breast in a deep pan in olive oil. Then add the cream and the parmesan, stir and simmer on a low temperature.
- Season to taste with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Put the cooked pasta in the sauce and stir well, then add the rocket and cherry tomatoes and serve immediately.
