Chicken and Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

  • chicken fillet 300 g
  • lettuce 50 g
  • canned pineapple 200 g
  • cheese 70 g
  • garlic 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise 100 g
  • black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  • tomato 150 g

Directions

Cook time: 20 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes

Cut the chicken fillet into slices. Pick the lettuce leaves. Cut the pineapple into slices. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.

Put everything on a plate.

Cooking the sauce. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice. Pass the garlic through a press. Pepper and mix everything.
