Chicken and Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 500 g
  • Potatoes – 1 kg
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Onions – 150 g
  • Mayonnaise – 50 g
  • Sour cream – 300 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chicken seasoning – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven. Wash the chicken fillet, dry,
  2. Fold the prepared fillet into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise. Mix well and refrigerate for 20 minutes. and cut into small pieces.
  3. Meanwhile, peel and wash the onions. Cut into half rings.
  4. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thin slices.
  5. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  6. Grease the form with vegetable oil. Layout the first layer – onions.
  7. Put a layer of half the potatoes on the onion.
  8. Make sour cream sauce, for mix sour cream, pepper, salt, and spices to taste. Mix everything well.
  9. Grease the potatoes with half the sour cream sauce. Put half of the chicken fillet on top. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
  10. Then lay out the remaining potatoes. Brush with the remaining sour cream. Layout the chicken fillet. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
  11. Cook the chicken casserole in the oven at 180 Β° C for about one hour until golden brown.
  12. The chicken and potato casserole is ready.
