Chicken and Seaweed Salad

Today I propose to cook a delicious and satisfying salad with chicken and seaweed. Take note of the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Seaweed – 200 Grams
  • Chicken breast – 200 Grams
  • Chicken Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Cucumber – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Baton – 3 Slices
  • Vegetable oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt – 0.5 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need to prepare the salad.
  2. Place the seaweed in a deep plate.
  3. Boil eggs for 7-8 minutes after boiling water and cool them. Peel the eggs, chop finely and add to the seaweed.
  4. Wash the cucumber well under running water, cut and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Chop the boiled chicken and place on a plate.
  6. Cut the loaf into cubes and fry in a well-heated skillet until golden brown. Place the cooled croutons in the salad.
  7. Add salt, garlic, vegetable oil and mix well.
  8. Chicken and seaweed salad is ready.
