Chicken and white Cabbage Salad Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 200 g
  • White cabbage – 300 g
  • Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
  • Cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 0.5 pcs.
  • Green onions – 10 g
  • Parsley greens – 5 g

  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon.
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Chicken and white Cabbage Salad Instructions

  1. Let’s prepare all the ingredients for the chicken and cabbage salad. Any boiled meat is suitable for this salad. I will be using chicken fillet. Boil the chicken fillet in boiling salted water for 20 minutes. Add water and let the meat cool.

  2. Chop the white cabbage thinly. Salt to taste and remember a little with your hands so that the cabbage becomes softer and lets the juice flow.
  3. Cut fresh cucumber into thin strips.
  4. I used two colors of bell peppers to make the salad brighter and more colorful (you can use a pepper of one color). We also cut the pepper into strips.
  5. Peel the onion and cut into rings, then cut the rings into four parts.
  6. Chop green onions and parsley with a knife.
  7. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
  8. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt.
  9. Put all the ingredients of the meat salad with vegetables in a bowl.

  10. Season the salad with chicken and white cabbage with the dressing and mix well. Let the salad with chicken fillet, cabbage, cucumbers and peppers brew in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
