Ingredients

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 450 g chicken
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 bowl cherry tomato (s), or similar
  • 1 bottle Cremefine for cooking, 7%
  • 0.5 ½ cup herbal cream cheese, approx. 150 g
  • 0.5 bag ½ / s cheese, grated e.g., Gouda, approx. 100 g
  • Parmesan, freshly grated or Grana Padano
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Herbs

For the marinade:

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. First preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate with soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Wash, clean and cut the zucchini and spring onions into pieces and mix with the spices in a baking dish. Wash and halve the tomatoes, then add.
  4. Mix the Cremefine with herbal cream cheese, also season with spices, if the consistency is too thick, just dilute the sauce a little with milk.
  5. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the vegetables and mix everything together. Pour the cream cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle the casserole with cheese and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
