  • Chicken – 1500 Grams
  • Pumpkin – 500 Grams
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Apple – 2 Pieces
  • Soy sauce – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Sour cream – 1
  • Prunes – 80 Grams
  • Spice Blend – 1 Pinch
  • Salt – To taste
  • Provencal Herbs – 1 Pinch

Chicken Baked with Pumpkin Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.

  2. Combine sour cream, soy sauce, garlic, spices.
  3. Wash the chicken, dry it with a paper towel. Season with salt and brush well with sour cream and soy sauce mixture. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Wash the pumpkin, peel and cut into cubes.
  5. Line a baking dish with foil. Place a piece of baking paper on the bottom. Top with chopped pumpkin and onion. Sprinkle with oil and sprinkle with Provencal herbs.
  6. Wash, peel and cut the apples. Add prunes.
  7. Stuff the chicken with apples and prunes.
  8. Fasten the incision with a wooden skewer.
  9. Place the chicken in a baking dish, breast side down.
  10. Wrap well with foil and send to a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 60 minutes.
