Ingredients
Chicken fillet – 600 g
Sour cream – 2 tbsp
Tomato paste – 1 tbsp
Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
Flour – 0.5 cups
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Broth (used a bouillon cube diluted in water) – 1.5 cups
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
Ingredients for Chicken Beef Stroganoff.
Cut the washed and dried chicken fillet into 1 cm thick pieces.
Beat off these pieces slightly and cut into strips.
Cooking the sauce. To do this, mix sour cream, tomato paste and broth in a saucepan. Salt and pepper to taste, bring to a boil. We set the sauce aside.
Breaded chicken in flour, but then put it in a colander to shake off excess flour.
Chop the onion and lightly sauté in a pan with heated oil
Put the chicken on the onion. The fire is strong. Stir the meat with onions all the time, fry for 5-6 minutes.
Then we put the meat in a saucepan with sauce and simmer beef stroganoff over low heat for 20 minutes.
Potatoes are usually served with beef stroganoff as a side dish, but rice or pasta works well with chicken beef stroganoff.
