Chicken Breast and Pork Chops

I suggest making two types of chops for dinner, so that each family member chooses what he likes best: tender chicken chops or juicy but fatty pork chops.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 1 pc.
  • Pork (cured meat)
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Divide the meat into several parts, cover with cling film or a plastic bag and beat off with a kitchen hammer to a thickness of about 5 cm. Salt on both sides.
  2. Beat the eggs with a fork. Salt and pepper.
  3. Salt and pepper the flour. Dip the meat in beaten eggs and roll in flour. Double breading if desired.
  4. We heat the vegetable oil and put the chops there.
  5. Fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
  6. The chops are ready!
