- 100 g cooked ham
- 2 large onions
- 125 ml broth
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- Curry powder
- Paprika powder
- 1 ½ tablespoon oil

- Season the meat with salt and pepper and, if you like, with curry and paprika powder. Fry in a little oil and then place in a baking dish. Dice the onions and ham and fry them in the same amount of fat, then deglaze with the stock and bring to the boil briefly. Stir in the cream cheese, mix in the squeezed clove of garlic and season the sauce vigorously. Cover the meat with the sauce and bake at 200 ° (convection 180 °) for about 25 minutes.
