- 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 150 g processed cheese
- 10 slices bacon
- 200 g spinach
- 400 ml cream
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- 50 g cheese, rated

- Halve or third the chicken breast fillet depending on the size. Wrap each piece tightly with a slice of bacon. Briefly fry in small portions in a pan without any additional fat and set aside.
- Clean the spinach and let it collapse in the same pan. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and deglaze with the cream. Dissolve the processed cheese in it.
- Put the spinach sauce in a baking dish and place the chicken rolls on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- This goes well with mashed potatoes.
