Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 150 g processed cheese
  • 10 slices bacon
  • 200 g spinach
  • 400 ml cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 50 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Halve or third the chicken breast fillet depending on the size. Wrap each piece tightly with a slice of bacon. Briefly fry in small portions in a pan without any additional fat and set aside.
  2. Clean the spinach and let it collapse in the same pan. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and deglaze with the cream. Dissolve the processed cheese in it.
  3. Put the spinach sauce in a baking dish and place the chicken rolls on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  4. This goes well with mashed potatoes.
