Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillet (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 150 g crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 250 ml cream
  • 0.5 ½ glass ajvar
  • some flour
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast fillet and then pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Turn in a little flour and fry in heated oil in a pan until golden. Take the meat out of the pan.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Put in the pan and fry in it. Add the crème fraiche and cream and simmer a little. Then add the ajvar and mix well. Now add the meat again and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the meat open, arrange on plates with the sauce and serve
  4. Serve with boiled potatoes.
