  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Cut the red peppers into thin rings, then cut the rings into strips.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  3. Place the chicken breast fillets in a baking dish and distribute the onion and pepper strips evenly over the meat.
  4. Mix the tomato sauce and cream together, season with salt and pepper, and pour the sauce evenly over the chicken until it covers all the meat.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes until the chicken reaches 74°C (165°F) internally.
