- 4 chicken breasts
- 6 tomato (s)
- 3 onion (s)
- 1 packet smoked salmon
- Parmesan for gratin
- basil
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic

- Fry the chicken breasts in the pan.
- Peel or wash the onions and tomatoes and cut into cubes. Spread in a baking dish. Squeeze in the clove of garlic and mix. Season everything with salt, pepper and basil. Place the fried chicken breasts on the tomato bed. Cut the salmon into very small pieces and spread over the chicken breasts. Cover everything neatly with grated parmesan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
