  • 4 chicken breast fillet (s)
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • herbs Provence
  • Sage - leaves, fresh
  • 8 slices ham or bacon
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 1 oil
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry and cut in half. Rub with pepper, paprika and herbs of Provence. Place one or two sage leaves (depending on size) on each piece of meat and wrap the ham slices around.
  2. Wash the zucchini, cut into elongated notes about 3 mm thick. Place this in a rectangular, oiled, fire-proof dish.
  3. Put the wrapped pieces on top. Drizzle everything with a little lemon juice.
  4. Cover and cook in the oven at 175 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  5. Green salad, tomato salad and farmhouse bread go well with this.
