Chicken Breasts with Incisions “Scallops”, Fried in Breadcrumbs

Every day we prepare something new, we want to please and surprise you! Sliced chicken breasts marinated well in tomato and sour cream sauce with garlic and then fried in breadcrumbs is our recipe today! Thanks to the incisions, the breasts are very scallop-like, and the dish looks very interesting. Cook for health with us!
Ingredients
Chicken fillet – 3 pcs.
Tomato sauce / juice – 5 tbsp
Sour cream – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 2 cloves
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon
Egg – 1 pc.
Bread crumbs – 1 glass of 200 ml
Flour – 1 glass of 200 ml
Vegetable oil
Directions
On one side of each breast (fillet), we make cuts across (1-1.5 cm).
After that, the chicken breasts are very reminiscent of scallops.
Cooking the marinade. Finely chop the garlic. In a cup (form) where we will marinate the chicken fillet, mix the tomato sauce, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic.
Prepared chicken meat (with cuts) is well coated with the marinade and leave for at least an hour.
You can turn the breasts a couple of times during this time.
Only the breading remains. You will need an egg, salt, flour, and bread crumbs.
Pre-beat the egg in a plate with a pinch of salt. Heat the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil well.
Roll each fillet in flour on both sides.
Then dip the chicken in a beaten egg on both sides.
Then roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry breaded chicken fillet in a pan with vegetable oil. Heating is minimal. Fry on both sides until appetizing, golden brown.
The breast is juicy and tasty! And apart from the time for pickling, everything is prepared very quickly.
