Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken fillet (s)
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 kg broccoli
  • 250 ml water
  • some broth, granular
  • 1 cup cream or Cremefine
  • 300 g herbal cream cheese
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • Spice (s), e.g., chilli flakes, colored pepper and paprika powder
  • 1 onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Chop the chicken fillet and fry it with a little oil in a large pan or saucepan. Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Then add to the meat in the pan and season to taste. I used chilli flakes, colored peppers, and paprika. When the meat is almost done, remove the meat and mushrooms from the pan and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, sauté the finely chopped onion. Add the broccoli and pour 250 ml of water. Steam in the pan until al dente. I seasoned the broccoli with some grainy broth.
  3. Now add the cream and cream cheese. As soon as the cream cheese has melted, add the meat and the champions to the broccoli and let it warm up. Season to taste again if necessary. Finally add the finely chopped feta cheese and let it melt.
