Ingredients

  • 250 g asparaus (in this case from the jar)
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 2 chicken breast fillet (s) (100 g each)
  • 30 g cheese (butter cheese)
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. Drain the asparagus, collect the asparagus water. If you want, you can cut off the fat edge from the ham. Cut the chicken breast fillets lengthways but do not cut through, the two halves should still be connected. Season with salt and pepper, top with the ham, then lay the asparagus stalks on top, fold the meat over it and stick it with skewers.
  2. Heat the oil, fry the meat in it for about 5-7 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Deglaze with a little asparagus water, place the cheese on the meat, cover the pan and let everything stew for a few more minutes, of course, until the cheese has melted.
  3. Serve with fresh baguette.
