Chicken Candy Rolls with Rice, Raisins and Bell Peppers (in the Oven)

We love chicken, that’s why we’ve tried a lot of recipes from it. Here is an interesting and tasty recipe for chicken “sweets” today. Thin layers of meat, juicy rice filling with raisins and bell peppers, and if dipped in sauce – generally the height of bliss! Be sure to cook and taste for health!
Ingredients
Chicken fillet – 500 g (2 pcs.)
Boiled rice – 150 g
Raisins – 1-2 tbsp
Sweet pepper – 1/4 pc.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
Directions
We prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the rice in advance until cooked (20-30 minutes, depending on the variety). Pre-soak the raisins in hot water. Bell peppers can even be taken frozen. For the prepared set of products, we also need baking paper – it needs to be cut into wrapping rectangles for rolls.
Cooking the filling. Finely chop the sweet pepper and add to the rice. There – raisins, salt, black ground pepper and 1-2 teaspoons of vegetable oil. Don’t use up all the oil – we’ll still need it. Mix everything well. The filling is ready.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and beat off through cling film to a thickness of 2-3 mm.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In each piece of meat we wrap 1 incomplete tablespoon of the filling, forming rolls.
We grease the stuffed rolls with vegetable oil, put them on prepared parchment paper (if the paper is siliconized, you don’t need to grease them) and wrap them in the form of sweets.We
put all the candies (I got 26 pieces) in a baking dish.
We send chicken candy rolls with rice, raisins and bell peppers to the oven. We bake for 30-35 minutes.
