Chicken Casserole in the Oven

Ingredients

  • Chicken drumsticks – 600 g
  • White bread – 300 g
  • Chicken liver – 200 g
  • Eggs – 6 pcs.
  • Chicken broth – 300 ml
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Green onions – 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Let’s cut the bread into pieces. Put it in a bowl and cover with broth.
  2. Cut the chicken meat, first separating it from the bone. We will also cut the liver.
  3. In a frying pan, fry the meat and liver, season with salt and pepper and add a small amount of vegetable oil. Beat the eggs well.
  4. Fill the bread with eggs, mix. Chop the green onion.
  5. Put onion and fried meat with liver in a bowl with bread and eggs. Mix everything well.
  6. Transfer the resulting mass to a baking dish and put it in the oven for 40 minutes. Set the temperature to 190 degrees.
  7. Serve the finished chicken casserole, garnish with green onions.
