  • Tomatoes – 2-3 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil

  1. Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into thin slices about 1 cm thick. Beat them with a hammer and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  2. Place chicken chops on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet. Squeeze the garlic through a press and mix with mayonnaise. Brush the chops with mayonnaise.
  3. Cut the onion into strips, sprinkle the chops with them.
  4. Put the tomatoes on top, cut into slices. Send the chicken chops with tomatoes to the preheated 180-degree oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Then remove from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and send the chicken chops with cheese to the oven for another 5-7 minutes. Baked chicken chops with tomatoes and cheese are ready.
