Wonderful tender chicken chops in sweet and sour sauce. It turns out equally well both in a pan and on a grill. A dish of simple, familiar products will delight you with a new, sophisticated taste.

Ingredients
Chicken breast – 1.5 kg
Vegetable oil – 100 ml
Soy sauce – 5 tbsp
Honey – 2 tbsp
Ground paprika – 2 tbsp
Mustard – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Ground black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Directions
Prepare chicken chop foods in honey mustard sauce.
Rinse the chicken. Cut into portions.
Bounce lightly on both sides. The piece should be 6-8 mm thick.
Rub the pieces on both sides with paprika.
In a separate container, combine the ingredients for the marinade: vegetable oil, honey, soy sauce, mustard, salt, black pepper. Stir the chicken marinade until smooth.
Dip the chicken into the marinade, stir. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
