Chicken Chops in Honey-Mustard Marinade

Wonderful tender chicken chops in sweet and sour sauce. It turns out equally well both in a pan and on a grill. A dish of simple, familiar products will delight you with a new, sophisticated taste.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 1.5 kg
  • Vegetable oil – 100 ml
  • Soy sauce – 5 tbsp
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
  • Ground paprika – 2 tbsp
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare chicken chop foods in honey mustard sauce.
  2. Rinse the chicken. Cut into portions.
  3. Bounce lightly on both sides. The piece should be 6-8 mm thick.
  4. Rub the pieces on both sides with paprika.
  5. In a separate container, combine the ingredients for the marinade: vegetable oil, honey, soy sauce, mustard, salt, black pepper. Stir the chicken marinade until smooth.
  6. Dip the chicken into the marinade, stir. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
  7. Sauté the chicken chops in honey mustard marinade until cooked on both sides in a skillet ….
