Chicken Curry with Rice

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast – 500 Grams
  • Coconut Milk – 100 Milliliters
  • Ginger – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Hot pepper – 1 Piece
  • Lime – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Turmeric – 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Curry – 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Rice – 200 Grams

Directions

  1. Cut the fillet into pieces.
  2. Finely chop the onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper. You can do without pepper.
  3. Fry garlic, onion, ginger and pepper in butter for a couple of minutes.
  4. Then curry and turmeric.
  5. Then the chicken, fry it all together for a couple of minutes over high heat.
  6. Then pour in coconut milk, lime juice. Simmer the chicken until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
  7. While the chicken is stewing, cook the rice. Serve the cooked chicken curry with rice hot
