- Cut the fillet into pieces.
- Finely chop the onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper. You can do without pepper.
- Fry garlic, onion, ginger and pepper in butter for a couple of minutes.
- Then curry and turmeric.
- Then the chicken, fry it all together for a couple of minutes over high heat.
- Then pour in coconut milk, lime juice. Simmer the chicken until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
- While the chicken is stewing, cook the rice. Serve the cooked chicken curry with rice hot
