Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken legs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Season the chicken legs with salt, pepper, thyme sprigs, rosemary sprigs, and paprika powder.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken legs in a roasting tube, close it according to the manufacturer's instructions, and pierce if necessary.
  4. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F) with top and bottom heat.
  5. Place the roasting tube in the preheated oven and cook for 45 minutes until the chicken reaches 74°C (165°F) internal temperature in the thickest part without touching bone.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm, or allow to cool and serve cold.
