  • 4 large chicken thighs, plain or seasoned
  • 8 large potato (s)
  • 4 large tomato (s)
  • 4 large onion (s)
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic
  • Herbs, fresh
  • water

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the potatoes and place in a baking dish. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and also place them in the pan. Cut the onion into rings or quarters and mix in.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and chopped herbs.
  3. Finally, season the chicken drumsticks or place them seasoned on the vegetables. Put some water in the baking dish so it doesn`t bake.
  4. Bake at approx. 180 ° C for 1 hour.
  5. The skin of the chicken is then nice and crispy and it tastes delicious with the tomatoes and potatoes.
  6. You can also use peppers instead of tomatoes.
