Chicken Fillet, Baked with Zucchini, in Soy-Sour Cream Sauce

Chicken fillet with zucchini and onions in sour cream and soy sauce is a bright and original dish for the whole family. Chicken and vegetables baked in the sauce are tender and juicy, curry gives them a pleasant aroma. And for a delicious crust, do not forget to sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.

Ingredients
Chicken fillet – 300 g
Zucchini – 200 g (1 pcs.)
Hard cheese – 80 g
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Sour cream – 2 tbsp
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Flour – 1 teaspoon
Ground curry – 0.5 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Water – 120 ml
Fresh parsley (for serving) – 1-2 branches
Directions
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes or small pieces.
Wash the young zucchini, dry, trim the edges, and cut the flesh into cubes the size of chicken fillet. Peel the onion, wash and cut into small cubes.
Place the sliced chicken fillet, courgette, and onion in a baking dish. Stir.
Now prepare the soy sour cream sauce. Pour flour into a bowl, pour in a couple of tablespoons of water, and stir so that no lumps remain.
Pour the remaining water into the powdery mixture, add sour cream, soy sauce, add salt, black pepper, and curry.
Stir until smooth. Pour the soy and sour cream sauce over the chicken, zucchini, and onion.
Bake the chicken fillet with zucchini in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Put the dish back in the oven and bake for another 7 minutes.
Chicken fillet, baked with zucchini, in soy-sour cream sauce, ready. Serve hot for lunch or dinner, garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
