  • Dijon mustard – 0.3333 cup
  • Butter – 0.25 cup
  • Potato chips (finely crumbled) – 150 g
  • Parmesan cheese (finely chopped) – 1 glass
  • Fresh rosemary (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken fillet (beaten to a thickness of 1.5 cm) – 6 halves

Chicken Fillet Breaded with Chips and Cheese Instructions

  1. Cover the baking sheet with foil and place in the oven in the middle position, and over the baking sheet place a rack greased with vegetable oil.
  2. In a separate shallow bowl, combine the butter and mustard. In another shallow bowl, combine crumbled chips, cheese, rosemary and salt.
  3.  Grease the chicken fillet with mustard mixture and roll on all sides in a breading of chips and cheese. Place the fillets on a wire rack and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  4. Put the grill with fillets in the oven, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 35-50 minutes, until the chicken is golden brown. Let the fillets stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving.

Serve breaded chicken fillet with lettuce (optional).
