Chicken Fillet Fast and Tasty

In order to cook a quick and tasty chicken fillet, it is enough to purchase chicken breasts and eggs with spices for breading. Recommended for a family dinner or a quick meeting.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

Chicken Breasts – 2 Pieces
Chicken Egg – 2 Pieces
Wheat flour – 300 grams
Ground paprika – 2 Teaspoons
Ground black pepper – To taste
Salt – To taste
Vegetable oil – To taste

Directions

Rinse chicken breasts, dry with a cotton towel. Cut the breasts in half and then divide into slices. The result is small but very thin pieces of chicken. Beat off each piece on both sides. Try not to rip the meat to keep the pieces in shape. Season each piece with salt.
Place the egg in a separate container and beat with a fork. In another container, prepare a breading of a mixture of paprika, black ground pepper and flour.
Put a frying pan on the fire. Heat to high temperature. Pour in more vegetable oil. When cooking chicken fillet, there should be enough fat so that each of the pieces floats in it. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture and then wrap in flour breadcrumbs. Fry over medium heat on both sides
Place cooked pieces of meat on a paper towel and remove excess fat.
