  • Large chicken breast – 1 pc.
  • Zucchini – 1 pc.
  • Small cauliflower – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Bavarian mustard – 200 g
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves
  • Salt – 2 pinches
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Feta cheese (for serving) – to taste

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces.

  2. Prepare chicken marinade: Combine mustard, squeezed garlic, pepper and salt.
  3. Add fillet pieces to the marinade and stir.
  4. Marinate chicken fillet for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
  5. Soak wooden skewers for 20 minutes.

  6. Cut the courgettes into thin strips.
  7. Cut the onion into large pieces.
  8. Disassemble the cauliflower into small inflorescences.
  9. String zucchini strips, onion pieces and cauliflower inflorescences onto wooden skewers. Sprinkle with vegetable oil.

  10. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the marinated chicken pieces, mix and also string the chicken fillet on skewers.
  11. Bake chicken kebab and vegetable kebab over coals on the grill for 6-9 minutes on each side.
