Ingredients
Apricot jam – 0.5 cups
Ground cumin – 1 teaspoon.
Ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
Ground coriander – 0.5 teaspoon
Salt – 0.5 teaspoon.
Boneless chicken fillet – 4 pcs. (180 g each)
Vegetable oil
Directions
Cut the chicken fillet into 3.5 cm pieces.
Turn on the grill to preheat to medium-high temperature. Grease the wire rack with vegetable oil.
In a large bowl, combine jam, cumin, cinnamon, coriander and salt. Put the chicken fillet in this marinade, mix. String the chicken fillet on metal skewers.
Brush the fillets with vegetable oil and place on the grill rack, fry for about 5 minutes on each side.
