Chicken Fillet Stewed with Zucchini and Mushrooms

Chicken fillet stewed with zucchini and mushrooms is a great option for a simple and tasty summer dish. The fillet is marinated in soy sauce, fried with onions and mushrooms, and then stewed with zucchini. It will take a minimum of effort and time from you, and all household members will be satisfied and satisfied.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 500 g
  • Champignons – 400 g
  • Zucchini – 700 g
  • Onions – 100 g
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Soy sauce – 50 ml
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into medium pieces.
  2. Place the fillet in a bowl. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press into a bowl of chicken. Pour in soy sauce. We mix.
  3. Peel the onion and cut it into quarters.
  4. Fry the onions in a frying pan in vegetable oil until soft (3-4 minutes).
  5. At this time, we wash the mushrooms. We cut the small mushrooms in half and the larger mushrooms into 4 parts.
  6. Put the mushrooms on the onion and fry until the liquid evaporates and is lightly browned.
  7. We send chicken fillet with sauce into the pan and simmer everything together for another 10 minutes.
  8. We wash the zucchini and cut it into large pieces.
  9. We send zucchini to the fillet into the pan, mix, and simmer everything together under the lid for 10 minutes.
  10. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer chicken fillet with zucchini and mushrooms for another 5 minutes and turn off the heating.
  11. Chicken fillet stewed with zucchini and mushrooms is ready.
