Chicken Fillet with Potatoes and Tomatoes in Egg-Sour Cream Filling

The simplest, very lazy recipe today! Juicy, tender chicken breast on a potato pillow, baked in egg and sour cream filling. At home we call this recipe “flourless pie”! Delicious, fast, and we love it! Cook for health!
Ingredients
Chicken fillet – 1 pc.
Potatoes – 2-3 pcs.
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Cherry tomatoes – 8 pcs.
or large tomatoes – 2 pcs.
Sour cream – 200 ml
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Fresh greens (parsley) – to taste
Spices (seasoning for meat) – 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper – to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
I will take 10% sour cream for the recipe, and instead of large tomatoes – a handful of cherry tomatoes for decoration. Peel the potatoes and onions.
Cut the potatoes into very thin slices and pour boiling water over them. A few minutes – and the potatoes will be half-finished
Cut the chicken fillet into medium cubes.
Cut the onion into small cubes and add to the chicken.
Add salt, black pepper and meat spices.
Mix well so that the onion gives a little juice.
Put the potatoes in a baking dish so that the bottom is completely closed.
Distribute pieces of chicken fillet on top.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare the filling: beat the eggs with a pinch of salt
Add sour cream and mix everything well.
Add finely chopped greens to this. We mix.
Pour eggs with sour cream into a mold. We distribute the fill so that it gets to the very bottom for example, using a fork, you can knock a little with the shape.
Do not forget to spread the cherry tomato halves on top – let them bake too.
We send the form to the oven. We bake chicken fillet with potatoes and tomatoes in egg-sour cream filling at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
You can serve hot immediately. Or chilled as a snack. Aromatic, appetizing and very tasty! There is everything I love – chicken, potatoes and tender dressing with vegetables!
