Chicken Fricassee with Cheese

This dish is very tender, tasty and it takes literally 20 minutes to cook. Having tried this dish at least once, you will cook it more than once.

Servings: 2-3

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 300 Grams
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Cream cheese or processed cheese – 100 grams
  • Cream – 150 Grams (or sour cream)
  • Butter – 30 Grams
  • Flour – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Salt – 0.5 Teaspoons (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper – 2 Pinches

Directions

  1. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and fry in butter until light golden brown.
  2. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces. We send to a frying pan with onions and fry for about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle chicken with onion with flour and fry, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add cream or sour cream and cheese to the pan. If you are using processed cheese, cut it into small pieces.
  5. Cook fricassee for another 5 minutes and watch the thickness of the sauce. if it is too thick, add a little water.
