Ingredients

  • 400 g nocchi, from the coolin shelf
  • 3 chicken fillet (s), each 125 g
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 150 ml water
  • 6 tablespoon heavy cream
  • salt
  • Pepper White

Instructions

  1. Fry the gnocchi in the oil in a large pan for about 5 minutes. Remove.
  2. Cut the chicken into pieces and fry vigorously in the remaining oil.
  3. Deglaze with water and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Dissolve the cheese in the sauce.
  5. Cut the spring onions into rings and add to the meat with the gnocchi, bring to the boil.
