  • Chicken fillet – 600 g
  • Chicken thighs – 300 g
  • Powdered milk – 2 tbsp
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Spices for chicken – 1-2 teaspoon. (optional)
  • Dry basil – 1 teaspoon

  1. Prepare the ingredients for your homemade chicken ham.

  2. Remove the skin from the chicken fillet, cut into large pieces and transfer to the bowl of the food processor.
  3. Grind the fillets into a homogeneous minced meat.
  4. Add milk powder, paprika (I used smoked, but regular will work too), basil, chicken spice mix, and an egg. (By the way, select spices and their quantity to taste! Optionally, you can skip the soy sauce, but then be sure to add salt to the minced meat.
  5. Stir the minced meat for 1-2 minutes at the maximum speed of the combine until a smooth paste is obtained.
  6. Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and remove the bone, cut the flesh into small pieces.
  7. Add chopped thighs to the fillet minced meat and mix thoroughly.
  8. Line the rectangular shape with foil or paper. Fill the form with minced meat and compact.
  9. Cover the minced meat with the free edges of the paper/foil.

  10. Bake the chicken ham at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
  11. Serve the chicken ham warm or completely cooled.
