Ingredients
- 500 g heart (s), (chicken hearts) frozen
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 teaspoon, heaped broth, (chicken or vegetable broth), instant
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 large clove (s) garlic, pressed or diced
- 1 cup water
- Fat, for frying
- pepper

- Thaw the chicken hearts and wash them well with cold water and pat them dry. Then cut the onion into cubes and fry until translucent, then add the chicken hearts and fry for about 5 - 10 minutes. Deglaze with the water and stir in the instant stock and tomato paste. Season with pepper and add the garlic. Let it steep for another 5 - 10 minutes over low heat.
- Noodles or rice go very well with this.
