Chicken Hearts Baked in the Oven

A delicious dish of chicken hearts baked with vegetables in the oven will be a great dinner for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Chicken hearts – 300 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Bulgarian pepper -1 pc.
  • Champignons – 100 g
  • Hard cheese – 30 g
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons
  • Hops-suneli – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon.
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. We clean the chicken hearts from films and fat, fry in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes. Add salt to taste and suneli hops.
  2. Let’s send the fried hearts to a baking dish. Peel the champignon caps from the films and cut the mushrooms into thin plates. Put the mushrooms in a mold on top of the chicken hearts.
  3. Peel the onion and chop it with feathers. Put the chopped onion into the mold with the rest of the ingredients. Wash the Bulgarian pepper. Let’s remove seeds and membranes from it. Cut the pepper into strips or thin strips. We also put the pepper in the mold.
  4. Rub hard cheese on a medium grater. In a bowl, combine the grated cheese with mayonnaise. Spread the mixture of cheese and mayonnaise on the pepper in an even layer. We send the form to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve hot cooked chicken hearts baked in the oven.
