Chicken Hearts Stewed in Sour Cream With Mushrooms

A quick recipe for dinner – a fragrant dish of chicken hearts in sour cream, mushrooms and spices.

Ingredients
Chicken hearts – 600 g
Champignons – 300 g
Onions – 1.5-2 pcs. (200 g)
Sour cream – 200 g
Salt – to taste (0.5-1 teaspoon)
Curry – to taste (0.5-1 teaspoon)
Dill greens – 1 bunch (20-30 g)
Vegetable oil – 6-8 tbsp
Directions
Rinse the hearts, cut them into halves.
Wash the mushrooms, cut into slices.
Peel the onion and chop finely.
In one pan, heat 3-4 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Layout the hearts, fry over high heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly golden brown (10 minutes).
In a separate frying pan, heat another 3-4 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Put the mushrooms, fry them over high heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Then add the onion, stir and fry the mushrooms and onions for another 5 minutes.
Add salt and curry powder to the hearts. Mix.
Add mushrooms, sour cream to the hearts. Stir, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer chicken hearts in sour cream with mushrooms for another 5-7 minutes.
Finely chop the dill.
Sprinkle ready-made chicken hearts in sour cream with mushrooms with herbs.
