Chicken Hearts, Stewed with Mushrooms, in Sauce

Chicken hearts are an infrequent guest on our tables. And this is in vain because they can be used to prepare interesting and healthy dishes. Chicken hearts stewed with mushrooms is one of them. Hearts, whole mushrooms and cherry tomatoes are in perfect harmony with each other. And all this under a delicious sauce of soy sauce, cream and mustard!

Ingredients

  • Chicken hearts – 500 g
  • Champignons – 500 g
  • Cherry tomatoes – 300 g
  • Canned red beans – 240 g
  • Soy sauce – 4 tbsp
  • Cream – 4 tbsp
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Vegetable oil – 5 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Allspice peas – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. We wash the hearts thoroughly, cut off excess fat, and hymen. Boil the hearts in salted water under the lid for 30 minutes. We put it in a colander.
  2. My mushrooms, boil for 15 minutes in salted water. If the mushrooms are too large, cut them in half. We put it in a colander.
  3. Fill the tomatoes with boiling water for 30 seconds. Then rinse with cold water and peel.
  4. Fry the boiled mushrooms in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. After frying, put the mushrooms in a convenient dish.
  5. Fry the boiled hearts in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix the soy sauce and mustard.
  7. Add the mushrooms and the resulting sauce to the pan with hearts. Mix and simmer chicken hearts with mushrooms for 1 minute.
  8. Add cream and mix. Simmer hearts in the sauce for another 5 minutes.
  9. At this time, clean and chop the garlic.
  10. Add garlic, beans, tomatoes, black, and allspice to the pan. Mix and simmer chicken hearts with tomatoes and beans for another 3 minutes. Turn off the heating.

Chicken hearts with mushrooms, in sauce, ready.
