Ingredients

  • 8 chicken leg (s) or other pieces
  • 60 g butter, melt
  • 4 tablespoon mustard, milder
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the chicken pieces skin side down on a baking sheet.
  2. Mix all ingredients together except for the poppy seeds.
  3. Brush the chicken pieces with half of the glaze.
  4. Bake on the middle rack for 15 minutes.
  5. Carefully turn the meat and brush the top with the remaining glaze.
  6. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake for another 15 minutes.
