Juicy and appetizing chicken in sour cream sauce is a great dish to pamper yourself with delicious after a working day. Mashed potatoes, rice or buckwheat porridge are suitable for garnish.

Ingredients
Chicken fillet – 1 Kilogram
Champignons – 0.5 Kilogram
Sour cream – 100 grams
Parsley Greens – 20 Grams
Vegetable oil – 20 grams

Cooking chicken in sour cream with mushrooms is a pleasure, because the result will surprise even discerning gourmets. Cut the fillets into medium pieces and fry in vegetable oil.
Then fry the mushrooms as well. I cut them into 4 pieces, but more can be done (optional). Add onions in the middle of frying (optional), although this product is not found in the classic recipe. I like it more.
The good news is that you need a minimum of ingredients for the preparation of this dish. I took sour cream 20% and added it in the process of frying mushrooms.
When the mushrooms with sour cream are cooked, combine them with the finished chicken fillet and 2 more tablespoons of sour cream. Simmer for about a few minutes, covered and sprinkle with parsley at the end. The finished chicken with mushrooms is very juicy thanks to the sour cream sauce. You can also garnish it with herbs when serving.
