Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillet (s), approx. 120 g each
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 30 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. The ingredients are enough for 16 pieces. You need small wooden skewers.
  2. Rinse the fillets, pat dry and cut across into approx. 2 cm wide slices. Place the slices between cling film and knock them flat with the bottom of a pan, for example.
  3. Peel the garlic and dice very finely or press through. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves and chop finely. Mix the garlic and parsley with the cheese and 2 tablespoons of oil. Halve the breakfast bacon.
  4. Cover the fillet strips with half a slice of bacon each and brush with parsley mixture. Roll up the strips and secure them with small wooden skewers. Salt and pepper the rolls and sprinkle with a little flour.
  5. Heat the remaining oil in a large pan and fry the rolls over low heat for 3 - 5 minutes. Take out and chill covered.
  6. Before eating, heat the rolls in the oven at 150 ° for about 15 minutes or serve cold.
