Chicken Kebab in Mayonnaise (in the Oven)

Delicious and tender chicken breast kebab marinated with mayonnaise, onion and spices.

- If using wooden skewers in the oven, soak them in cold water while the skewers are marinating.
- Cut the chicken breast into pieces – 4 pcs. per serving.
- Cut the onion into rings.
- Place the sliced chicken fillet in a bowl, add Provencal Sdobri mayonnaise and water.
- Add onion rings, salt, pepper and spices to taste (I used suneli hops).
- Toss the chicken gently with mayonnaise, onion and spices.
Place the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.
- Put the marinated chicken fillet with onions on skewers and place in a baking sheet covered with foil.
- Bake chicken skewers in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 40 minutes. In the process of cooking, the kebabs need to be turned over – just once.
