Chicken Kebab on Skewers, in Kefir Marinade (in a Pan)

Be sure to do everything according to the recipe and you will be absolutely stunned! Juicy, bright, fragrant – and these are all chicken kebabs marinated in kefir in a pan. A marinade of kefir, soy and BBQ sauces, garlic and spices does its job – an incredible barbecue flavour. Enjoy cooking!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 2 pcs. (800 g)
  • Kefir – 100 ml
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • BBQ sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Ground hot pepper (optional) – to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the breast fillet (I have two large ones) into plates.
  2. We beat off the chicken fillet through the film.
  3. Then we try to cut the chicken meat into long strips.
  4. We send the prepared strips of chicken fillet into a cup. Add the ingredients for the marinade here: paprika, coriander, soy sauce, garlic chopped through a press, BBQ sauce, salt to taste and vegetable oil. If you like hot, add more hot peppers.
  5. Fill the chicken with kefir.
  6. Mix well and leave for 1-2 hours.
  7. For the recipe, we also need wooden skewers (bamboo), soak them in water for a couple of hours.
  8. We string strips of chicken meat in length: one or two pieces – on a stick.
  9. Fry in a well-heated frying pan in a little vegetable oil for about five minutes on each side. Heating is minimal.
  10. To warm up all the kebabs at once before serving, you can send them to the hot oven for a few minutes. Chicken kebab on skewers, in kefir marinade (in a pan), ready.
