  • Mayonnaise – 3-4 tablespoons
  • or sour cream – 3-4 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce – 1-2 tablespoons
  • Curry – 2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Chicken legs “Golden” Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Wash the chicken legs and pat dry. Season lightly with salt.
  2. Grease a baking sheet with oil. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (or sour cream), soy sauce, curry, and freshly ground pepper until combined.
  3. Coat each chicken leg with the sauce and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake on the middle shelf for 40 minutes until the chicken reaches 74°C (165°F) internally and a golden crust forms.
  5. Serve with your favorite side dish.
