Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken liver (s)
  • 100 ml oil
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled pepper
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 2 teaspoons, crushed paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken liver, pat dry, and set aside.
  2. Mix the oil with the pepper, salt, and paprika powder in a bowl.
  3. Add the liver to the oil mixture, mix well, then cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  5. Transfer the marinated liver to the prepared tray, distributing evenly.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the liver is cooked through (internal temperature 74°C / 165°F).
  7. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more paprika or salt if preferred.
